Job summary

United Integrated Services Corp. is seeking an Associate Mechanical Design Engineer to design, develop, and implement HVAC systems under the MEP umbrella for diverse projects.

You will create detailed schematics, equipment layouts, duct and pipe routing, and ensure compliance with IMC/IBC standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, and the ability to oversee projects from concept through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Experience with commercial/industrial projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems including HVAC piping and ductwork.
• Prepare and review mechanical schematics and BOM.
• Conduct flow rate calculations and pressure drop analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IMC/IBC and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers for seamless integration.
• Perform site visits and troubleshoot installation issues.
• Develop 3D models using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for design compliance.
• Participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
• Support procurement and construction teams with technical expertise.
• Maintain quality control through the project lifecycle.
