Sea Research Foundation, Inc. (dba Mystic Aquarium) is seeking a Full-Time HVAC Mechanical Technician in Mystic, CT. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of HVAC equipment, including refrigeration and boilers, with on-call requirements and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Apprentice License and EPA Certification with at least six months of trade-related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and tools for HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and maintain a safe work environment.
