Job summary

This role develops foundational technical skills, maintains BOMs, and participates in prototype testing and process improvements. A technical degree and 1–2 years of design experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree or technical degree in drafting, design, mechanical technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in design, drafting, or a related field; HVAC or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify models, assemblies, and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Assist in conceptual and preliminary designs to support product development.
• Update existing designs based on engineering input and requirements.
• Maintain and track design-related work for internal processes and orders.
• Collaborate with engineers, management, and cross-functional teams; generate and maintain BOMs.
