Role and Responsibilities: As an HVAC Mechanical Apprentice, you will have the unique opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals in the mechanical contracting industry. You will play a critical role in assisting with various projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Key responsibilities include:

• On-the-Job Training: Work alongside skilled technicians and mechanics to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems.
• Learning from Experts: Observe and learn from experienced professionals, acquiring knowledge in mechanical systems, industry codes, regulations, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Material Preparation: Assist in preparing materials, tools, and equipment required for projects, ensuring proper organization and inventory management.
• Project Support: Aid in the setup, dismantling, and cleanup of job sites, contributing to the overall efficiency and progress of projects.
• Safety Awareness: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness and ensuring a safe work environment.
