Job summary

SimplyHome is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to independently perform preventive maintenance, diagnose system issues, and complete repairs and installations on residential heating and air conditioning equipment.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company standards and safety requirements.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Assist in training and supporting HVAC Mechanic I employees.
• Maintain productivity and customer satisfaction expectations.
