Job summary

LB&B Associates, Inc. is seeking a qualified HVAC Mechanic to support its contract to provide mechanical operations and maintenance services in Davenport, IA. The role requires a minimum of five years' experience on large commercial HVAC equipment and competency in maintaining boilers, chillers, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Operate and repair boilers, chillers, air handlers and related building systems.
• Assist with general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance as needed.

LB&B Associates Inc. is currently accepting applications for a qualified HVAC Mechanic to support its contract to provide mechanical operations and maintenance services in Davenport, IA.

Working Schedule

Monday through Friday / 8am-5pm with limited call-ins after hours.

HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of five (5) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
• Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
