Lake Huron Medical Center in Port Huron, MI, is seeking a skilled hospital maintenance engineer to support a 139-bed community hospital. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, safety logs, and ongoing compliance within a busy clinical environment.

You will manage logs, perform repairs across mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant systems, and medical gas infrastructure, ensuring safe, compliant operations. This is a full-time, day-shift position within the Prime Healthcare system.

Formación

• Five years of experience in an acute healthcare setting.
• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics and/or blueprints.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade related to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC, etc).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains accurate logs on all equipment and provides for a safe working environment.
• Maintains and repairs equipment including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems.
