Organization's Summary Statement: The Physical Plant Department invites applications for a full-time, nonexempt position with benefits. Under general supervision, installs, services and repairs all components or sub-components of commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Mechanics at this level install, diagnose problems, and repair commercial and industrial heat pumps and centralized air conditioning systems up to 250 tons with multiple zone applications.
