The role reports to the global leadership team and requires building a high-performing leadership group, strengthening customer relationships, and driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Accomplished executive with proven track record of leading manufacturing businesses in HVAC, cooling, thermal management, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
• Experience in roles such as President, CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Division President, or Senior Vice President.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the organisation.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability with full P&L accountability.
