Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Duties

• Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, ventilation fans, and refrigeration equipment according to schematics and design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems to ensure peak performance.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately assemble and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct field service visits for troubleshooting issues related to air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical faults and perform equipment repair or replacement as needed.
• Weld or use other mechanical skills to modify or repair HVAC components; operate equipment such as welding tools safely.
• Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document all repairs for accountability and future reference.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate a vehicle responsibly for transportation between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws.
