Job summary

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air in Washington state seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.

You will diagnose issues using advanced tools, perform routine preventive maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and document services and parts used while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and HVAC training or apprenticeship completed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC license and driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain accurate service records.
