Job summary

Wighton's Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician in the Central Coast area. You will diagnose heating and cooling issues, explain install options to customers, and coordinate with teammates to complete jobs safely.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance (residential and/or commercial).
Familiar with HVAC systems: furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, air handlers.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose issues and explain installation options and pricing to customers.
Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs to high craftsmanship and cleanliness standards.
Maintain detailed records and reporting for customers and operations.
Prioritize safety for self, team, and customers.
Deliver professional customer service and maintain a neat appearance.
