Job summary

Coreworks is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician for a full-time on-site role at Fellowship Village, 8000 Fellowship Road, Basking Ridge, NJ. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with rotating weekends.

Requires prior HVAC experience; salary ranges from $32.00 to $36.00 per hour. Essential duties include maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, supervising team members, and ensuring quality through logs and inspections.

Qualifications

• Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling.
• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting.
• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making decisions on repairs and report major problems to supervisor.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical and mechanical building systems.
• Supervise and lead a group of workers on projects.
• Maintain logs, complete work orders, tests and inspections.
