Job summary

Coreworks, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a Building Maintenance Worker at Fellowship Village, Basking Ridge, NJ. The full-time role runs Monday through Friday with some weekends, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a pay range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
• Prior general maintenance, plumbing, and basic electrical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Performs minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture.
• Makes adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Cleans and restores interiors damaged by fire, smoke or water.
• Monitors building security and safety after hours.
• Moves heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
• Sets up, arranges and removes decorations, tables, chairs, ladders and scaffolding for events.
