Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops when necessary.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of HVAC condenser and evaporator coils.
• Assist with preventative maintenance inspections and system tune-ups.
• Clean, inspect, and maintain HVAC equipment and components.
• Help identify maintenance issues and report findings to technicians.
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with minor repairs and installation support as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in customers' homes and businesses.
