What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate strong, efficient, and effective problem‑solving skills
• Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Attend periodic manufacturer and technical training classes
• Participate in all required safety training and follow company safety policies and procedures
• Lift, maneuver, and work with equipment weighing 50 lbs or more

What You Bring

• 1–5 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent hands‑on field experience, with certification from a technical or trade school (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
