Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Residential Maintenance Technician to lead service across Toledo's single-family rental homes. You run your route like you own it, with no micromanager, and all work orders routed to you.

You'll diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform refrigerant work with EPA 608, install or changeouts, and handle plumbing/electrical tasks as needed. Reimbursement includes mileage and tools, with a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal certification required.
• 3+ years hands-on residential HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Own truck/van and personal hand tools; tool reimbursement and mileage paid.
• Valid driver's license; reside within reasonable distance of Toledo.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces and mini-splits.
• Handle refrigerant work with EPA 608: leak detection, recovery and charging.
• Install/replace components; perform plumbing/electrical tasks as needed.
• Document work with photos and manage turns between residents; maintain quality across properties.

Work orders hit your phone, our routing tech builds your day, you diagnose and fix.
