Job summary

LearnTastic is looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical/HVAC systems on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. You will work independently, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with other trades to deliver reliable service.

Ideal candidates have hands-on HVAC experience, can read wiring diagrams, and perform system testing with strong problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC technician with hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and technical documents.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Test systems and ensure proper functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an HVAC Technician.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or licenses (electrician, HVAC)
• Experience in commercial or large-scale projects
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience working on commercial or large-scale projects.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
