Job summary

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air in Seattle seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will use advanced diagnostic tools and ensure systems run efficiently while delivering excellent service to clients.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of HVAC training or apprenticeship, at least 2 years of experience, a valid HVAC license and driver's license.

• Perform routine maintenance: Conduct regular and preventive system checks to keep systems in top condition.

• Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

• Compliance and safety: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician.

• Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.

• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
