Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee HVAC building systems maintenance in office facilities. You will supervise preventive maintenance of AHUs, ERUs, and mini-splits, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and keep automation settings aligned with operations.

The role emphasizes coordinating with vendors, ensuring safety procedures, and maintaining detailed maintenance records to support reliable building performance.
