We’re hiring a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance for residential clients. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy helping customers while also maximizing their earnings through strong sales performance. Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Residential HVAC experience (service, maintenance, or diagnostics)

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range

$50,000 - $100,000 USD
