Scott Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Fleetwood, NC is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain residential HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, and help improve energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC service experience minimum.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Sales and Customer Service experience required.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Test HVAC system performance and energy efficiency with specialized tools.
• Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systems.
• Identify and recommend upgrades to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Comply with safety regulations and guidelines.

What YOU Will Do:

What We Need from YOU:
