Job summary

Service One seeks a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair residential systems in Iowa. You will coordinate with dispatch and installation teams, manage paperwork, and participate in the on-call rotation.

The role requires 1+ year experience, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. A valid driver’s license is required; training and certification support are provided.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Bring:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
