Service One is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer to manage residential installations, coordinating a team to deliver high-quality work. You will install air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps, and related accessories while prioritizing customer communication and safety.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and demonstrated leadership. A Journeyman license and technical certification are a plus, with opportunities for growth and

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Journeyman's license is a plus.
• Certification from a technical school is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead an install team.
• Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office staff.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Meet pre-employment requirements including drug testing, physical exams, and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

What You Will Do:

• Install air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.)
• Lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality and efficient installations
• Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong communication
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and uphold industry standards
• Ensure HVAC systems comply with regulations and industry best practices
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

What You Will Bring:

• 2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience required

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
