Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems following company standards.
• Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls, including parts and component replacements.
• Accurately document system components, service details, and costs on invoices.
• Debrief after each service call with dispatch.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area post-service.
• Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Follow all performance standards and ethical codes.
• Respect customer property.
• Participate in all company-sponsored training sessions.
• Assist in mentoring and training fellow technicians.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred.
• Ability to pass NATE Core Test.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
