Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to keep heating and cooling systems running safely and efficiently. You will build trust with customers by providing quality preventive care and service.

Responsibilities include thorough inspections, accurate quotes, on-call duty, and collaboration with office staff. A strong work ethic and professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Must lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Must crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be subject to drug testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Be thorough in inspections, and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.
• Completion of proposed work as quoted.
• Participate in on-call assignments and back-up as required.
• Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Promote a professional, and friendly work environment.
