A and L Heating and Air LLC in Maryville, TN is seeking an HVAC Maintenance - Service Technician. You will perform service and preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and communicate repair options to customers.

You will also discuss indoor air quality improvements and annual maintenance plans while ensuring year-round, reliable service. The role offers a take-home company vehicle with gas card, uniforms, and opportunities for spiffs and bonus

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience (Residential and/or commercial).
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE Certification desired; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose issues and explain repair options clearly to customers.
• Consult with customers on IAQ products, system upgrades, and maintenance plans.
