Title: HVAC Maintenance Mechanic 1

Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital

Job Summary: Performs maintenance, installation and repair work on HVAC systems, equipment and components. Also, performs installations, repairs and fabrication of sheetmetal/metal components related to HVAC and other trades. This work is performed under general supervision and using the tools and techniques of HVAC technology.

Requirements:

1. 5 years related work experience.
2. The full-time equivalent spent in a state-approved program may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.

Shift: Full Time Evening Shift 3:30-11pm

Salary Range: Minimum $26.96/hour - Maximum $31.30/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
