Job summary

Karya Property Management (KPM) is seeking a skilled HVAC Licensed Technician to join our maintenance team supporting multiple residential and commercial properties. You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has a valid HVAC license, 5+ years of hands-on experience, and strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC license or certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
• Able to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
