Qualifications for HVAC Service Technician Lead

• At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background and drug tests
• EPA universal refrigerant handling license
• Comfortable using an iPad and phone for job documentation
• Willingness to attend required training and invest in necessary tools
• Ability to understand client needs and learn continuously through training, seminars, and independent study
• Physical capability to perform job-related tasks
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and neatness
