Now hiring for a HVAC Lead Residential Installer at ALL LOCATIONS: Murrieta, San Marcos, San Diego

Compensation: $DOE

Employment type: Full Time

Overview:

• Have a strong understanding of Residential HVAC installation practices and procedures
• Must have a strong understanding of duct design and CFM flow
• Must have a strong understanding of basic building construction knowledge
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers regarding payment, system operation, installation concerns, etc.
• Must possess leadership skills and be able to work well with and mentor apprentices on proper installation methods

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 2+ years HVAC experience
• Team player, able to collaborate with all department leaders and customers
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the day
