Now hiring for a HVAC Lead Residential Installer at our Murrieta location.

Compensation: $25 to $35/DOE

Employment type: Full Time

Overview:

• Have a strong understanding of Residential HVAC installation practices and procedures.
• Must have a strong understanding of duct design and CFM flow.
• Must have a strong understanding of basic building construction knowledge.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers regarding payment, system operation, installation concerns, etc.
• Possess leadership skills and be able to work well with and mentor apprentices on proper installation methods.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of proven HVAC Lead experience.
• Team player, able to collaborate with all department leaders and customers.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the day.
