Residential HVAC Lead Replacement Installer

Location: Newark, DE

Job Type: Full‑time

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems in existing homes, including heat pumps, condensers, furnaces, air handlers, coils, boilers, and other equipment.

• Work with a team to deploy systems while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug tests
