Comfort Pros Heating & Air is looking for qualified HVAC Lead installers. We are a small locally owned company servicing the Wasatch front, Utah county and Summit County. We primarily do residential retro fit, light commercial work and Ductless/VRF systems. Lead installers will be provided with a company vehicle (you take home), tablet, and apprentice to work alongside you.

Responsibilities

Lead installers must be able to manage and run installs with apprentice while showing quality workmanship, leadership and competency in the following fields:

• Gas furnace installation
• AC installation
• Heat pump/Air handler installation
• Ductless/VRF systems
• Indoor Air Quality products
• Sheet Metal work
• Electrical and Gas piping

The right candidate for this position must be able to demonstrate pride, integrity and a positive outlook on the day-to-day operations. Lead installer will be responsible for teaching and mentoring apprentice.

Qualifications

We prefer a minimum of 2 years install experience. RMGA and EPA are a plus; however, we can help the right candidate achieve these certifications if they don’t already have them.
