As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HVAC Lead Installer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
2. Collaborate with project managers, team members, and clients to assess needs and develop installation plans.
3. Conduct site assessments to determine equipment requirements and system layouts.
4. Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork.
5. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
6. Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
7. Provide training and mentorship to junior installers.
8. Maintain accurate records of installations, documentation, and customer follow-ups.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, addressing concerns or issues.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in HVAC technology or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation with proven project leadership.
3. Valid EPA certification.
4. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
8. Physically fit to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and adhere to safety standards.
9. Proficient in using hand and power tools required for HVAC installation.
