️️ The Job:

As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician, you’ll install systems and be part of a team that brings comfort and peace of mind to homes. You’ll install furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and ventilation systems to high standards—no shortcuts, no nonsense.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing new HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork) to specs

• Testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning systems

• Providing guidance and training to your team members

• Fabricating and installing efficient ductwork

• Communicating clearly and kindly with customers

• Staying safe, compliant, and professional

• Maintaining your truck and tools

• Documenting work in ServiceTitan and XOi

• Collecting payments and updating the back office

• Participating in training and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of HVAC install experience

• EPA, Gas Tite, & LP certifications

• Proficiency with Propress, Fieldpiece, and brazing

• Knowledge of codes, safety, and systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic

• Clean drug/alcohol screen and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to work in tight, hot, cold, or high spaces

• Ability to lift 100 lbs and operate tools efficiently
