Swift Services is seeking a dynamic HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee residential system installations, upgrades, and replacements. You will lead a team of technicians, handle complex installs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Competenze

• 1+ year of HVAC experience in residential market.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service.
• Ability to interact professionally at all levels within the organization.
• Flexible and collaborative in dynamic environments.

Mansioni

• Install, upgrade, and/or replace residential HVAC systems with precision.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in an organized and clean condition.
• Perform work safely at heights, in tight spaces, and in various weather conditions.
• Ensure adherence to appliance standards and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and contribute to team training.
• Oversee installations performed by the team and ensure quality.
