Job Description

We are seeking an HVAC Install Technician to become a part of our team! You will lead installation jobs and work on various machinery and equipment on residential as well as commercial jobs. Monday to Friday, no weekend work.

1. Perform installations following the installation checklist.
2. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as Lead Installer.
3. Be proficient in all areas of mechanical installation.
4. Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Follow all safety guidelines that apply.
6. Keep the customer informed of what you are doing, when you are doing it, and how it will be done.
7. Ensure that all requests for installations have been closed out and completed.
8. Keep Install Manager informed of any problems/issues that may arise.
9. Learn product features and benefits.
10. Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
11. Maintain required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency.
12. Must be on time.
13. Ability to attend job planning meetings with the project manager.
14. Strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Lead Install Technicians must have a minimum of 3 years installation experience.
• Be fluent in cutting duct board, charging, and starting units, designing and fabricating air handler platforms, and always doing what is right for our customers.
• Ability to train and supervise helpers.
• Clean background, drug-free, good driving record.
• Integrity and honesty in everything you do.
• Desire to become a better technician (technical & communication skills).
• All required tools.
• Must be 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
