Job summary

Christian Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our residential installation team. You will lead installations, supervise junior installers, and ensure all work meets code requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred).
• EPA Certification required; NATE certification a plus.
• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
