Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team serving Gaithersburg, MD and Woodbridge, VA. You will lead residential furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and air handler installations, mentor junior installers, and deliver high-quality workmanship homeowners can rely on.

Qualifications

• HVAC license/certification as required in MD and/or VA.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Ability to lead installation projects while working effectively with a team.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
