Eco Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You will install air conditioning, heating, control systems and IAQ solutions in homes, following manufacturer guidelines.

We value precision workmanship and strong customer relationships, and offer a work-life balance. Candidates should have 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for past five years.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity/temperature control systems following manufacturer guidelines.
• Startup and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships and understand customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems following precise manufacturer guidelines.
• Proficiently perform system startup and troubleshoot various residential HVAC systems.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while gaining in-depth knowledge of customer needs and expectations, both new and existing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Possession of an EPA Universal Certification.
• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, free from major infractions for the past five (5) years.
• Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship.
