A. J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is seeking a lead residential HVAC installer to join our NJ team. This full-time, year-round role offers competitive hourly pay and the chance to earn over $100K/year with performance.

Responsibilities include installing, starting up, and troubleshooting new systems, leading installs with a helper, and adhering to safety and quality standards in customers' homes across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of lead residential HVAC installation experience.
• Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned.
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems.
• Lead each install with the support of an assigned helper and operate with professionalism, precision, and efficiency.
