Comfort Experts is seeking to hire a Lead Installation Technician for Residential and Commercial Retrofit. We are looking to hire someone ASAP who is motivated and driven to succeed in their career. Job Description:

1. Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
2. Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
3. Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
4. Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings
5. Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
6. Premeasure jobs to identify proper materials required for install
7. Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
8. Provide assistance to other leads as directed by management
9. Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with peers and management
10. Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
11. Take all readings on a machine and understand the importance of such
12. Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle and tools
13. Work safely following company policies
14. Any other assigned duties as directed by management

Requirements:

1. Clean Driving Record
2. Drug Free
3. Reliable Transportation (Take home vehicle will be available after probation period is over)
4. EPA Certified
5. Knowledge on how to install a unit from start to finish on your own
6. Knowledge on how to charge a system if line set is longer and refrigerant is needed to be added to the system in order to run correctly
7. Problem Solver
8. Motivated with a can do attitude
