F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical in Sparks, MD is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join a trusted team with 40+ years of experience. You’ll lead installations, ensure quality, and mentor peers.

You’ll install residential systems, measure and assemble ductwork, connect to existing infrastructure, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding safety and workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices.
• Valid driver's license (21+) and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a skilled team to deliver flawless installations.
