Job summary

F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Electrical Inc. is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to build comfort and trust for residential customers.

This role reports to the Sparks, MD office and offers earning potential of USD 75,000–100,000+ with medical, dental & vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. You’ll install residential HVAC systems with precision, work with a skilled team, measure, cut and assemble ductwork and electrical components, test performance, and deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset
