Job summary

Ambient Edge, LLC in Arizona is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer for the Kingman/Lake Havasu area. You will mentor junior installers, lead by example in the field, and own projects from start to finish.

This role offers earnings between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, a relocation bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates, and top-tier benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. No on-call shifts and steady year-round work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive HVAC Installer experience.
• Active driver's license.
• EPA Universal certification; additional HVAC-related certifications preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and take leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish.
• Supervise and mentor your assigned installer partner.
• Coach junior team members on installation best practices, quality standards, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials for each job.
• Complete job packets and collect monies due from customers when needed.
• Maintain strong communication with dispatch, warehouse, leadership, and install teams.
• Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training.
• Support team excellence through leadership, accountability, and hands-on coaching.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training
• Support team excellence through leadership, accountability, and hands‑on coaching

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of progressive experience as an HVAC Installer
• Active driver's license
• EPA Universal certification; additional HVAC-related certifications preferred
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and assert yourself in a leadership role as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Long periods of standing, bending, stooping, walking, and twisting
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• Exposure to inclement weather conditions to include excessive heat and cold
