F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to build comfort and trust for residential customers. You’ll lead installations, work with a skilled team, and ensure systems are installed to the highest standards.

The role offers a $75k–$100k+ earning potential, full medical, dental & vision, a 401(k) with company match, and company-paid long-term disability and life insurance. Paid time off and a collaborative culture are also provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Proficient with HVAC tools and equipment.

• Valid driver’s license (21+).
