Cregger Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Michigan is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. You will install and test equipment, pre-measure job sites, and ensure installations meet safety requirements and manufacturer specs.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of lead installation experience, HVAC degree or equivalent, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license.
