Reliable Heating & Air in Fayetteville, GA is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with leadership skills to install systems, supervise installation crews, and ensure work meets safety and spec standards. The position requires 5+ years of installation experience, EPA certification, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (Lead preferred).
• EPA Certification (NATE preferred).
• Proven leadership ability (for Lead roles).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and install specifications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (condensers, coils, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, thermostats, ductwork).
• Act as lead of installation crews, depending on experience level.
• Ensure installs are completed safely, on time, and to spec.
• Perform ductwork installation, sealing, and airflow optimization.
• Handle refrigerants, wiring, zoning systems, and smart technology.
• Maintain van organization, tools, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Installer Helpers (Lead-level roles).
