Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity in the HVAC field? Davison Heating and Cooling is looking to build an industry-leading team with talented Lead Installers.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00+/hour

(Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

What You Will Do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements

What You Will Bring:

• 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience (required)
• Ability to communicate and present to customers
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
